# Right of Withdrawal

**Last updated:** September 29, 2026

Under EU consumer protection law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to all types of products.

**Exception for Digital Content:**

By purchasing a digital software key from Waddev Network, you expressly agree that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase.

You acknowledge and accept that, by consenting to immediate delivery, **you lose your right of withdrawal** as soon as the key has been displayed to you or the download has begun.

If you have not yet accessed, viewed, or used your digital key, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@waddev.fr to request a cancellation.
