# Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (digital software keys), Waddev Network enforces a strict refund policy.

**1. Digital Products**

Once a software key has been delivered and viewed/activated by the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded.

**2. Exceptions**

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

- The product key is proven to be invalid or defective upon delivery, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement.

- The order was placed, but the digital key was never delivered to you due to an out-of-stock error or system failure.

**3. Requesting Support**

If you are having trouble activating your key, please contact our support team at contact@waddev.fr before requesting a refund. Most issues are easily resolved.
